Prefabricated concrete is a specialized product that often requires special transport. It is essential at the construction site that each component arrives at the right place and in the right time. Our carrier has a very extensive fleet, which always offers us the right solution in terms of logistics.
These trailers are preloaded in the factory and unloaded directly by the customer at the construction site. The prefabricated concrete elements are placed horizontally against A-bucks. Upon request, we can work on the construction sites on a case by case basis.
The inloader slides (Loading floors) are preloaded in the factory and are used for transporting large format elements up to a maximum of 4,000 mm. This combination may include independently preloaded carriage and dropping it independently on the jobsite. This makes transport more or less separated from the loading and unloading process. This situation is advantageous due to the fact that parties do not have to wait for each other and can proceed without delay. At the end of the assembly process, the empty carriages can be stacked in succession to a maximum of 4 pieces.
Elements are turned 10 degrees angle against the build-up. Thanks to the combination of low weight and a low loading floor of 350 mm, these trailers offer an optimal solution for transporting walls.
