Bevelled edges

All of our elements are mounted on the form side provided with beveled edges all around standard dimensions of 10×10 mm, only at the top and bottom on the poured side.

Poured side

The poured side is finished as standard with steel line, other options such as rolling, brushing or fluttering are also available. The fluttering is more and more used as the poured side finishing method particularly for elements applied in the Food Sector. From an environmental perspective, the power floated surfaces can be treated with a suitable paint system.

Form side

By default, we produce our elements in gray concrete, however, we have a variety of options to give the elements a different aesthetic appearance. So we can cover our factory formwork molds with textured mats, making the options almost limitless. Our concrete elements may be combined with other natural products.

Stone Granules – Flint

The visible side of our prefabricated concrete elements may also be aesthetically finished with natural stone granules known also as flint. There is a large variety of colors, with the further coloring effect of the natural stone granules being influenced by the underlying color of the cement applied.

A surface retarding agent is applied before pouring the metal on formwork tables, then the mixture of concrete and stone aggregates is poured and vibrated. After the element is stripped, the surface retarding agent is high-pressure cleaned in a specially equipped car wash, so that the stone granules become visibly embossed.
