Sandwich

Sandwich elements are elements with their inner and outer sheets combined into one element so that they can be used in stacked constructions. The aesthetic outer sheet is self-supporting, while the inner sheet supports the element. Thermal insulation is inserted between the inner and the outer sheets. The type and the thickness of the insulation are determined by the requirements of the facade. The options range from a simple EPS 60 to the high-grade insulation materials such as a PIR or RESOL.

Sandwich panel anchoring

The connection between inner and outer sheet is cut through the insulation with stainless joint anchors. This system consists of carrier anchors (1 sleeve anchor and/or 2 pitching anchors or welded brackets) in combination with torque anchors and connection pins for a correct transfer of the carrier forces and the reception of wind loads.
